The Computer Depot

The Computer Depot is a computer reseller and repair center located in the heart of Central Valley, NY. We are located at the intersection of Smith Clove Rd and State Route 32 in the business district of Central Valley. There is plenty of free parking for our customers.

The Computer Depot is owned and operated by the Greenough and Prosperi Families, residents with strong roots in the community and an excellent reputation as business owners.

John Greenough

John's first introduction to computers was in 1988 designing machinery utilizing CAD software. In 1994, he built his first computer from component parts for his Brother-in-law and quickly became the local computer expert. In 2004, John opened the Computer Depot. His reputation and concern for his customers is now well known.

Robert Prosperi

Robert Prosperi has a degree in mechanical engineering and Software engineering from Norwich University, the oldest military college in the United States. He worked on ballistic missile systems for the United States Government, has been a technical engineer for Sharp Electronics Corporation's wireless PDA division, and Director of Channel Marketing for Sprint/Nextel.

Mindy Prosperi is a graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey and has spent the past 20 years as a Director of Technical Market Research and Marketing for National Semi-Conductors and Sharp Electronics Corporation. Mindy has a strong background in computer marketing, sales, and in helping customers select the best computer for their individual needs.
